There is no need to go to India or anywhere else to find peace. You will find that deep place of silence right in your room, your garden or even your bathtub.

We all engage in TMOP with positive intentions for humanity and our planet. Everyone I spoke to, in 2011 described experiencing a very profound, powerful and transformational connection. 1 hour created a permanent shift in their feeling of peace and wellbeing.

Silence calms your heart. It is a balm that heals the wounds of the soul. It strengthens the spirit and takes you to a world without sound where peace reigns.

Behind all creation there is silence. Silence is the vital ingredient for all creative activity and unless we know how to enjoy moments of silence we can become people always doing rather than always being.

One important aspect of The Moment of Peace is finding ways to spread the word? When I ran the event last year, it was a quick learning curve to find out how to get the message out far and wide. I’m wondering if you have any great ideas for how to do this? Do you know any great networks that would be interested? Do you know any unique ways of distributing The Moment of Peace? Cheers, |

I leave in Mexico and The Moment of Peace become to me through Do as One so I think you are doing great!!! and facebook it is wonderful too, but will be great to do some cartoons for cultural TV no more than 3 minutes, you see? something short that you can screen before a film in cinemas or before a tv show for example, like a trailer…perhaps? |

Hi Rocio, Thanks that’s a great suggestion! One thing I’ve tuned into is the power of images and video. It seems to have a profound impact on people and gets more attention. You’ll see I started to do more videos towards the end of this years lead up to TMOP 2012. The only issue here is having the resources or funds to create a cartoon or video that is professional enough to screen in such a way. It also requires funding to get the video placed in cinemas etc. Anyway, I think your suggestion is great and really gets the mind thinking about possibilities. I’ll continue to consider it. Let me know if you have any more ideas. Cheers |

Indeed it is expensive, but they are some students in this profession that can do this like social work and I think they will love to cooperate because yoour intention is beautiful…and sometimes we think will be difficult but if you talk to some cinema owners or cinema club’s you will see the answer’s…so…think about it!!!! |
